Hi Abhinaya ,I am sorry to say but with your  marks it is very unlikely to get admission in MBBS in any government college. In order to secure a seat in government college you must score 550 above. You can try taking admission in BDS though,most probably you can get a  seat in private college .                          All the best for your future!
