As you know that Tamil Nadu has highest cutoff .You haven't mentioned your category either I would say that your marks are not enough to get a MBBS college in Chennai assuming you belong to unreserved category as  talking about last year least marks to secure a seat was 609 marks from unreserved category,from OBC 593 marks ,from SC it was 553 marks and from ST it was 535 marks  in ESIC medical college and post graduate institute of medical sciences and research ,cheenai amongst all medical colleges in Chennai under state quota . Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in the exam, students scoring more than you, difficulty level of exam and your category.
