I expect 450-480 marks in neet 2019 can i get medical govt. College with OBC(NC) and delhi state quota ?

The cutoff for government medical colleges in delhi for MBBS is above 600 marks in neet for all india category and for state quota students the cutoff is usually around 500+ . So there are low chances to get a seat in any government college with these marks however you can get admission in deemed medical universities.

My rank is 21283 and I am a Delhi obc student with 557 marks...will I be able to get a seat in Delhi government medical college in the scenario when seats are increasing..?plz guide me..
