With a score of 508 out of 720 in NEET 2019 you can't get a govt. seat for MBBS in a govt. college via all india quota. Even though you belong to OBC reservation category the possibility of getting a govt. medical seat in a govt. medical college via state quota is low. But there is a really good chance for you to get a govt. seat for MBBS in a private medical college if you are willing to pay a few lakhs per year. Hope you understand the situation completely.

you might get government medical college in maharashtra if you score 508 marks belonging to obc category. as per previous year the minimum cut off of maharashtra for obc candidate under 70% regional was 357 marks of governemnt medical college in akola and under 30% state was 477 marks of seth GS medical college in mumbai. here is a link with all the government medical college in maharahstra with their cut off. you can check which college you might get. however don't be sure just hope for good results because this is just prediction made on the basis of previous year cut off.
