As you haven't specified your category, I am assuming to be of general category.

Taking admission in Bangalore is impossible, as you need to score damn high to get admission under All India Quota. Even under the state quota, your score is very less. The cutoff is expected to be above 550. And your score is around 400. 

Try private or semi-government colleges.
