General Category: 486
BC-A: 494
BC-B: 514
SC:  409

So irrespective of your Category, you have a shot at a seat in a Government Medical College. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
