Hello student I'm really sorry to inform you that in compartment exam you can change location as per my knowledge. And even you change the location I don't think (personally) that'll help you in any way.
Instead of doing that you may go for NIOS as its a recognized Board and lots of candidates are taking admission after they failed in cbse. You'll get your +2 certificate in 2-3 months after clearing the exams and that'll save your entire year.

Actually to be honest i have no idea about NIOS will it help me And how to apply for NIOS also isn't it is risky during the Job interview time. ?

Chaitanya to be frank NIOS is really good and also time saviour for failed candidates. Yes it's true most of the students/people don't have much knowledge about it but yes it's good and there's no problem to do +2 from nios as I said it's a recognized Board and it's certificate is valid in every where. And if its about job nothing to worry if you have skills and you have to capability then nothing will stop you.
