I apprd in class 12th exams in 2017.I failed. Then I apprd in 2018..again I failed.If I clear my 12th in 2019..am I eligble in jee mains2019

Yes if you qualify and pass all subjects with Minimum 75%aggregate marks in 12th then you are eligible for JEEmains for NITs IIITs and GFTIs.
However for private engineering colleges you can still apear jee Mains 2019 if you hav epassed all subjects in 12th.
