Dear Student,
Sorry to inform you but you cannot change your stream for re - examination. But if you really have interest in changing your stream to Commerce or Humanity and if you really think you have interest in it then you can appear as private candidate but in the next session, you'll have to mandatorily take a gap for it in meantime you can study and prepare for it.
