I failed in Maths in CBSE board exams in 2019. I am giving my compartment exam again this time. But the new criteria states 80 marks for paper and 20 for practicals. but since I have never given any practicals, what will happen to the 20 marks. Will I have to get 33 from 80 to pass the exam???

Hii Rajat!
The criteria of 80% theory and 20% practical marks is for those subjects which have practical portions in them. Maths usually has no practical at school level. So, you will get a 100 marks question paper to solve in the exam. Thus, you need to get 33% out of 100 to pass in the exam.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
