You haven't mentioned if you are enquiring about TS EAMCET or AP EAPCET counselling. The registration for TS EAMCET counselling second phase will start from November 6, 2021. Eligible candidates who haven't registered in first phase counselling can register for second phase counselling.

If you are enquiring regarding AP EAPCET counseling then the schedule for second phase counselling is not yet announced. Once the schedule is released you can register for second phase counselling. Candidates who haven't registered for AP EAPCET first phase counselling can register for second phase counselling.
