I failed two years first bsc and then bcom but I want to do gratuation for upsc so sir please guide me

Hey akhilesh!

Firstly , if you want to do UPSC  , then both the courses which you have chosen will not lead you in a positive direction . The best course you can do is B.A. programme or ba hons with the subject of your particular interest. Also , the syllabus of B.A. is not much tough. You can easily pass with good marks. Alongwith B.A. , You can also opt for UPSC coachings.
