I hope you are doing good . As per your query , I would like to know you that if you fall under general category in central then you make the ews certificate but their are some terms and condition for it . Your total family income from all sources like agricultural ,job should not be greater than 8lakhs , your residental plot must be less than 100sq yards, agriculural land should be less than 5 acres.
