I filled my NFAT application form with general category however I come under OBC ncl in central list but as I don't have the updated category certificate I can't able to upload it . If I get it till the date of councelling can I submit it by then ?

If you obtain your updated OBC NCL certificate by the time of counseling, you should be able to submit it during the process. It is advisable to contact the concerned authorities for further clarification on the submission process during counseling.
