You can know your roll number by downloading your NEET UG admit card, you can download admit card by visiting offical website of NTA, there go to admit card section, and fill in all the required information such as your application number, DOB and security pin.
For application number, check your registered email id or Registered mobile number SMSes, as the application number is always sent there on the time of registration.

Once you submit all these details, your NEET admit card will now be displayed on your screen, you can know your roll number from there.

Also the other option to know your roll number is through your Neet question paper, as your roll number must be written on the Question paper.
