yes, you can give JEE 2019,there is no age limit for JEE. the students who have passed in their 12th examination in 2017,2018 can appear in jee main without any restriction.you can check it out by this link:

Yes, If You have appeared for class12th in the year 2018 then You are eligible to appear for Both JEE MAIN and advance as well, But IF you have appeared for class 12th before that then You are only eligible for JEE Main Not Advanced. The registration for JEE Main 2019January is over and You can register for JEE Main 2019 April from Feb 9, 2019, Onwards, So marks Your calendar and Don't forget this time.
