if you were provided with a pen in the examination hall and they took that pen back then maybe yes since in some cases they check the ink of the signature in the admit card as per my knowledge. since you have not mentioned the name of the exam, therefore, i cannot tell how strict the counseling process is for that exam. if you used your own stationery in the exam then it won't be much of a hassle.
