If you have forgotten your registration number,You have 2 ways to recover it ,one is by using the registered mobile number,other is by using registered mail Id .This will be done By clicking Forgot registration option.

If this option is not available then go to the official page of the Eamcet and then there will be toll free numbers or any email Id.You can call to it or mail ur issues

As of have forgot your EAMCET registration number so do not worry, you can get your registration number in the SMS or Mail they sent you after the registration because they always mention the registration number in that Mail and SMS.

If you have lost that SMS and mail then you can simply contact their authorities to get your problem be resolved.
