If you registered for NEET 2021 examination and appeared for the Examination, then I would like to tell you that after you registered yourself on the official website of NTA NEET, a mail was sent to the mailing address and a message was sent to contact number which you used for the registration.

The mail and the message contained the APPLICATION NUMBER of the candidate. There was no mention of any registration number.

Also if you wish to know the application number then it is present on the admit card of the NEET 2021 examination.
