Hello Mahesh,

Visit this link https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in
Select "Forgot Registration Number"

You need to fill your details

Enter your Transaction ID
Enter your qualifying exam hall ticket number (intermediate)
Enter your SSC hall ticket number (10th class)
Press submit button after filling details

Then your TS EAMCET registration number would be recovered.
