Actually you haven't forgotten to upload your pwbd certificate. Also, you cannot upload it during correction window.

This is because,

You need to upload your  pwbd certificate in 2nd phase/part of application process . Neet 2021 application form filling is divided into 2 parts/phases. You need to fill 1st part / phase before the last date i. e 06 August 2021 (upto 11:50 PM). The 2nd part/ phase needs to be filled before your neet Result or downloading of neet result/score card , NTA will notify separately later on about phase 2 filling.

limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

• practising chapterwise questions

• then revising the chapters,

• solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,
