Hello,
The report card for Jee Mains is still available in Here in the official site .
So you need not to worry about it. It can be again downloaded. I would suggest you to save the report card for further use so that this situation doesn't arise again in the near future. This document is a part of the result and may be asked and various steps of counselling.
