In the unfortunate event that you did not enter your 12th marks in the application form but you uploaded the certificate as proof instead, you should not find this a problem right away. However, you should reach out to support and/or the helpdesk of the organization or portal where you submitted the application. Clearly explain what happened and ask if you should do anything next. It may also be a good idea to keep a record of your correspondence for your own purposes as well.
