Don't worry not giving a block space between your surname and name is not that big a deal because it wont effect your marks because they were identified with the help of roll number. so, it does not matter whether you given space or not but do not repeat this mistake again.

see it is not a big issue , but please next time give one space of block between surname and your first name, if you have middle name also, the give one space after first name then write middle name , then again give one space and write surname.
