You can log in to the portal and check if you can find a print sign for the application form.
In case the date has already passed, I would suggest contacting someone from the portal, sending in a mail requesting them to grant you access to your application form so you can print it or ask them to send you the document. They are sure to have a backup copy in such a situation. I would suggest you contact them immediately, they may take some time to respond.
