Actually if you have completed your ten plus two level from that school only then I can give you a security about that you can get your certificate back from the school register. Otherwise as you have lost your roll number you can check to the other sources like in transfer certificate or in other documents and try to find out whether registration number otherwise the roll no. From anywhere. Then it would be easier for you to find your lost certificate directly from the boards office. Otherwise you have to go to your school and request them with application if you can recover them from the school register. Hope this will help you

As you have gave your class 10th 2 years back we can assume that you are in class 12th. If you are in same school where you did your class 10th you can tell them about your situation and they help you issue your marksheet.

But if you have changed your school they'll ask you for your TC which they have granted you while you left the school if you have these things they'll help you get your marksheet.
