I gave 12 board in 2019 but not clear and not given exam of either jee main or jee advanced so may I give jee advanced in 2021

For giving jee main in running year or other if you wish to seek admission through that you need to first clear class 12 as there is a weightage of boards marks as well . You can not just appear in jee unless your borads are done to be elligible enough to participate in jee counselling.
