According to neet eligibility a student should have 50% marks  aggregate in physics chemistry biology and english and should have passed each subject individually . Calculate you marks with english subject too. 

 you are going to give exams next year then would be better to give improvement exams.

Dear, for NEET eligibility criteria ,if you belong to general category than your pcb percentage should be 50% minimum, for general ph it is 45% and for sc /st and obc it is 40% . so if we calculate your score it comes 51 % in pcb group ,so you are eligible for NEET exam.you can also apply for improvement exam for better marks in 12th.
