I gave boardexam(cbse)in 2021 but failed,now am appearing for boards 2022.I filled neet form in 2021 & gave the exam but didn't qualify,now am appearing in neet 2022 so for filling form what should I write in additionaldetails if it shows no. of attempts can't be more than 0 if appearing student.

In your case you should fill your number of attempts as 0 and in passing status you should select as appearing for class 12th, there is no need to mention anything about board examinations of 2021 because you got failed in that so kindly mention the details of board examination 2022.
As you are appearing this year for you 10+2 examination so kindly fill your NEET UG qualification code as 01 because results are not yet out and even exams are to be conducted.
