Yes, the college/university in which you are enrolled right now will update the marks that you got from the improvement exam as it is an official document stating your marks.

All you have to do is take the updated marks issued by the Board of Examination to the college administrative office and show it to them. They will update it in your student login and also their college records. But do remember to take the original copy of the marks card.
