Here i will suggest you that first of all analyze the things like if you know that you know that if you will drop your one year then you can score more marks for government college then drop one year . Further if you want to join private college then do join it because it will save your one year and you can include this one year for your preparation for MD exams because there you will have to give your one year . So analyze your knowledge power then go for it .
