• You can definitely get BDS in government colleges.

Since this is your 3rd drop, the practical choice is to go with state counselling.

• BAMS (Ayurveda): Demand is growing in India and abroad, especially with AYUSH, wellness centers, and integrative medicine. Private practice can be lucrative, but government jobs are limited. Salary starts modest (~4–6 LPA) but with clinic/business, earnings can grow.

• BVSc (Veterinary): Scope in government veterinary services, pharma, research, dairy, poultry, food safety, and even abroad (where vets are in shortage). Stable government jobs and diverse career paths are strong here. Salaries start ~5–7 LPA and grow well in govt. sector.

Future-wise: BVSc has more structured career scope and stable government opportunities, while BAMS is better for private practice/business and international wellness market.
