See according to your CET rank and Delhi quota, you have a slim chance of getting a seat in either of the colleges : BCIP or ISIC. Last year after second round situation were last rank of DGEN were 231 and 225 in the respective institutes with like 16 seats left in each. It depends on how the counselling procedure unfolds, you may get a seat as well. Here is the document with cutoff information :
