It would be difficult for you to get a government or semi government medical college of mbbs or bds with this marks. 

But you should apply for the counselling it can be that you get a semi government college as you have st category. 

Otherwise you can also apply for bams or bhms  colleges you have the chances to get them.

Also, a government dental college cannot be expected at this score under both AIQ and state quota. None of the state quota cutoff is even close to your marks. Also,round 1 cutoffs for this year are higher than previous year.
You have not mentioned your state otherwise I would have mentioned last years cutoffs for you to have an idea of required marks to take a seat in government medical colleges.
