With your jee advance rank noone can predict that which nit you will get because admission into nits are on the basis of jee mains score and rank.

But yes you will get admission into some iits with non core branches
Iit kanpur - bioengineering
Iit roorkee - chemistry
Iit kharagpur - applied chemistry
Iit madras - biological science (5 year integrated courses)
Iit varanasi -pharmaceutical engineering.
