Hello,

Yes, with 316 marks in NEET 2025 as an SC category student, you can get a BAMS (Ayurveda) seat in government colleges , especially under the 85% state quota , and maybe even in 15% all India quota .

  • NEET BAMS general category cutoff marks typically range from 164 to 144 in 2025.

  • Scoring 316 marks , you're well above this range, giving you a comfortable margin .

Hope it helps !

  • You’re not eligible for government BAMS seats (cutoff is 450+ for General category).
  • You have a chance in private BAMS colleges or through management/NRI quota.
  • Reserved category candidates may also have better chances.
  • To get a government BAMS seat, aim for 450+ marks.
