You have scored 363 in NEET 2019 and as you know it already that they are considered moderate. though you may get semi-government seats in BDS, BAMS, BHMS, B.V.Sc. but for MBBS, you must go to a private college.
But at the round of choice filling, you should always fill government colleges first as there still remains some chance.
