With 5% marks in PCM in CET, it is very difficult to get admission in B.Tech (Computer Science or IT) or B.E in most government or reputed private colleges. These courses usually need a minimum of 45% marks (for general category) and around 40% (for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry, and Math combined to be eligible.

So, with only 5%, you are not eligible for admission under the usual CET-based counselling process.

What you can do:

you can try admission in diploma courses (Polytechnic) and later go for lateral entry into B.Tech in second year
you can check if any private or deemed universities are offering management quota seats, but fees will be high
you can take improvement exams to increase your PCM marks and apply next year
