If we get 45 percent marks in 12th pcm and 72 percentile in jee mains january attempt obc category uttar Pradesh home state can we get all the colleges though UPTAC counselling having 12th percentage criteria or not. Like galgotias college have 60 percent 12th pcm criteria and I got 45 percent in 12th but 72 percentile in jee mains so will I get it from UPTAC counselling
