As you have specified your SC category rank as 60, So, let me tell you this first that in DIPSAR the rank of the SC and ST category depend according to forms submitted to the University.

But still there is a good news that SC Category rank some times also falls form 50 to 60. So, be positive there are chances that you can also be able to secure a seat .
