Hey Sivapraveen,

If you are lucky then you may get a seat in NIT or GFTI at this much score of 80.5 percentile through EWS category, because for getting a seat, your performance should be high and at this score your chances are quite low. In my opinion you should go for GFTI, if you want a good branch.

Hello,

Since you have scored 80.5 percentile in JEE mains, your general category rank would lie around 1,95,000. With this rank you are not going to get NIT's apart being from EWS category. And class 12th percentage has nothing to do with getting seat in NIT's, only you have to cross the minimum percentage criteria i.e, 75% in 12th to be eligible for NIT's, IIT'S or IIIT'S.
