I want to correct you that jee main paper to is for b.arch and b.plan course entrance test. for b.tech course jee main paper 1 is enough.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category and so on. there is separate cutoff is available for domicile state and non domicile state candidates . around 50% seats in every nits has reserve for domicile candidates. so right now it is quite difficult to predict exact college name just based on your percentile. for home state category your sc rank should be under 1000 to get admission in nits.
