You did not mention your category, so if you are general category candidate then your rank is around 71000-74000. With this rank I cannot see chances of getting a seat in NITs. Cutoff is not same every year, it depends on so many factors, but for reference you can see last years cutoff.

I will suggest you to go for state counselings, many states like M.P, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Haryana, U.P, etc. conduct their state counselings every year and provides admission in many well reputed private and government colleges. You can predict your colleges based on your rank using college predictor tool, you will get all possible predictions of the colleges you might get in JoSAA and other state counselings.
