If a candidate accepted the seat which was allotted in first phase counselling and admitted in that particular college but wants to participate in second phase counselling to get better choice of college and branch may participate. If he/she is allotted a seat in second phase then the seat which was allotted in first phase counselling will be automatically cancelled. But if a seat is not allotted then she/he may continue studying in the admitted college.

Since you have secured seat in second phase counselling you cannot claim the previous seat allotment.
