You can't change the SSB center if the SSB center is not done by your choice. They will choose where you need to go for SSB. The allowances will be given for transportation only for you and maybe there will be no allowances for the parent's transportation. As far as I heard of it only one family members ticket will be paid by the Navy. There will be no Accomodations to the candidate's parents they have to arrange by there own. And the criteria for BMI and other fitness-related pieces of information are given in the there official site.

You can get a change in the ssb dates at the same centre after providing some convincing reasons. No, allotted SSB centre can't be changed. The date of SSB interview can be changed by providing valid reasons for doing so. Hope you understand what has been told and so go ahead and good luck to you!
