Hello aspirant,
To be eligible for the counseling process, after which you get colleges offering courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, you need to score equal to or above the cut off range for that year. For this year, it is 128 for the unreserved category and 108 for the OBC/C/ST category, hence as you haven't qualified for the exam, you are not eligible to participate in the counseling, be it for government, private or deemed colleges.
