HI ANIL, 

You definately willl get full fee reimbursement if you have got below 1000 rank in ECET. But, there are few terms before you get full fee reimbursement, which includes your annual family income that is, if you are from Rural area , then your annual income must be below 1.5 Lakh, and if youre from Rural Rea , your annual income must be 2 Lakh or below that. Also your parent must not be a government empolyee. You will have to pay and it will be reimbursed.
