Now coming to your query, Vishal If you get a seat in the third round then you will not be eligible for Mop Up round because Mop Up round is for those students who didn't get any seat in any round of Counseling. So Students who will get a seat in the 1st/2nd/3rd round will not be able to apply for Mop Up round. So you are not eligible for Mop Up round.
