during mop up round of wbjee 2018 if reserved seat is not filled up, will it be converted to open catagory ?

All seats shall be aggregate in one category for mopup rounds and shall be given on merit basis from GMr rankings of WBJEE.
All vacant seats from various categories are generally clubbed at college level and are allocated at mopup rounds.
