With a rank of around 35,000 in the obc category, you can get NSIT and private colleges like Thapar university. NIT's or IIIT's are not possible. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas. You will be able to get NITs but the thing is you will need to compromise with the branch or the college.

For top notch colleges, you may get branches like chemical engg. or Metallurgy. 

But if branch means more to you, then you will need to go for somewhat lower ranked NITs.
